The following list covers a wide range of organisations. It includes diverse foundations, support associations for victims, organisations promoting the contemporary understanding of dictatorships, and associations concerned with the Ministry of State Security (MfS), etc. As most of the concerns dealt with are based on experiences in the former GDR, the majority of the sites are only available in German.
